Parade of Homes Preview Event Draws over 1,000

More than 1,000 Realtors, builders, developers and other home building industry professionals attended the Bank of America 2007 Parade of Homes VIP Preview Party at Stream Valley in Franklin on Thursday, October 11.

"The support for Stream Valley by the real estate industry is evidenced in the record-setting attendance numbers of the VIP Preview Party. We had 615 RSVPs as of late Thursday afternoon; however, over 1,000 people showed up for the party and VIP preview of the homes," said Bob Parks, developer host of the party and chairman of ParkTrust Development and Bob Parks Realty. "This is the largest opening we have ever had for a community."

Guests were treated to a "spa"-themed party catered by Kellie Bryson and A Catered Affair, complete with dessert served on massage tables and martini cocktails served by models in white bathrobes.

"We really wanted to make the party a lot of fun while tying it in to our Stream Valley tagline, 'Nature.Spa.Home'," said Ken Green, president of ParkTrust Development. "One of the most unique features of Stream Valley will be a boutique spa inside our resort-style clubhouse."

One day before the VIP Preview Party, Legend Homes sold its Parade home for nearly $1 million. Other Parade homes are currently available. Please visit the "Homes" page of this site for more information.
